Science Project work on electricity

Class was divided into 3 groups. Each group was assigned a task of making a project on electricity. 1st group was assigned to light up a doll house, 2nd group was assigned to make street lights and 3rd group was assigned to make traffic signal. They made circuits using batteries, wires and bulbs. They also made the switched themselves to light up the bulbs. Open and closed circuit were demonstrated by them as well. They also understood the importance of the flow of current in order to light up the bulbs. This project was really exciting for them and whole class participated.

Ice Maker Ice breaker Activity

Students were divided in four groups and they were given topics such as glaciers, types of ships etc. They were suppose to work in groups and prepare an information sheet (chart) on these topics. Pictures were also to be posted. All the students actively participated and completed the task. They searched for information in the IT lab and also printed pictures related to their assigned topics.

Students of Class III-I working on "The Pakistan Times"

Students were assigned a group task in Social Studies to make a newspaper named " The Pakistan Times". This newspaper was a mark of the independence day. They brought pictures and collected information on times of independence. After all this hard work, each group has made a news paper. All their hard work is shown in the pictures posted above.
